Jay Campbell, Chief Social Media Strategist, Strategic Social Consulting
An early believer in the power of social media, Jay has tirelessly worked to train and educate people and businesses on its impact for over a decade. Often a featured speaker and business consultant, engaging and educating audiences on such on such topics as, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), how to utilize various social media platforms, and creating social media policies from small businesses to accounting and law firms. Jay has combined his in depth understanding of online advertising and marketing, business development, corporate training and technology to help companies connect and engage with their customers through social media.
His services include overseeing the development of corporate social media policy, creating social media accounts, auditing firm & employee accounts, and providing firm-wide social media training. Jay has created a social media training program specifically for professional firms, helping them develop, understand, and optimize their interactions across all social media platforms.
Jay is a former member of the Baker Tilly International firm Caturano & Co., with whom he spent five years. During that time he was tasked with creating, designing, implementing and training a firm-wide LinkedIn training program. Prior to his experience at Caturano & Co. Jay worked for many well-known companies including Walt Disney World, British Airways, and Burst Media.
Jay is the Co-Founder and Steering Committee Chair of Northeastern University’s Alumni Networking Group and is a past member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce. His other memberships and affiliations include:

Jay earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northeastern University. He currently resides in Medford, MA, with his wife and two children.
